Biking Swimming and Running

These are great outdoor sports that help whip you into shape.  You ay also bike and run indoors, on exercise machines.  Biking is easier on the knees than running, and swimming easier still on all joints.

I have gotten into using my Apple Watch 5 with during every workout to track the activity. I use the indoor bike when riding the recumbent bike at the gym, and the High Intensity Interval Training while lifting weights.
