Sun ripened fruits and vegetables - best nutrition will be in LOCAL produce

Fruits and vegetables that have spent the maximum time in the sun soaking up that vitamin imparting sunlight will contain the most nutrients.

Take an orange at the supermarket that has been pulled off the tree green and ripened in the darkness of a truck on the way to the grocer, and you may find it to contain zero vitamin C, while a tree ripened orange taken off fully ripe might be chock full of the vitamin.

I think unlimited vegetables are in order. Too much fruit may raise acidity of the blood.

Right I'd agree that too much fruit in one sitting, such as say drinking large amounts of fruit juice, might not be good.
